Zhenro Services released its sixth Environmental, Social and Governance Report, detailing 2025 operating and sustainability metrics.

Financial and Governance Highlights • 2025 revenue reached RMB 1.06 billion, with gross profit of RMB 0.17 billion. • Anti-corruption coverage hit 100 % for directors and employees; no corruption-related litigation was recorded. • A three-tier ESG governance framework remained in force, combining board oversight, an ESG working group and execution by functional departments.

Environmental Performance • Total Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse-gas emissions were 508 tCO₂e, translating to 0.005 tCO₂e per RMB 10,000 of revenue. • Total energy consumption stood at 125.60 tce, while water use totalled 196,446 t. • A target has been set to achieve operational carbon neutrality for Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 2059, alongside a 75 % reduction in Scope 3 emissions. • During the year 86 projects completed basement-lighting retrofits; 55 tree-planting events involved 3,586 participants.

Social Indicators • The workforce numbered 3,142, with full labour-contract coverage. • Total training logged 19,286 hours across 6,027 participants. • Work-related fatalities were zero; lost workdays due to injuries were 203. • Community-service initiatives totalled 166 activities, accumulating 472 volunteer hours; charitable donations amounted to RMB 90,000.

Supply-Chain Oversight • The company reviewed 320 suppliers; 45 % signed integrity agreements. • ESG criteria, including ISO 9001 certification and environmental compliance, were embedded in supplier onboarding and performance reviews.
