KONKA Group Co Ltd (SZSE: 000016), known on the market as *ST康佳, announced on September 3rd that it plans to voluntarily withdraw its A-shares and B-shares from listing on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange through a shareholders' meeting resolution. Following the delisting, the company's shares will transition to trading on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) delisting board.

According to the announcement, trading in the company's stock will be suspended from the market open on September 4, 2026, until the Shenzhen Stock Exchange issues its final delisting decision, with the shares being formally removed from the exchange within five trading days thereafter. Should the delisting proposal fail to secure approval at the shareholders' meeting, KONKA Group will apply to resume trading in its shares starting from the day the meeting's resolution is publicly announced.

Public records show that KONKA Group was established on May 21, 1980, marking it as the first Sino-foreign joint venture electronics enterprise to emerge following China's reform and opening-up policy. In 1992, the company listed both its A-shares and B-shares on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. As of the market close on September 3rd, *ST康佳's shares were priced at RMB 2.46 each, giving the company a total market capitalization of approximately RMB 5.924 billion.
