SHUANGDENG (06960) has announced a change in its corporate secretarial and representative roles.

Due to an internal adjustment of work arrangements, Ms. He Rong, an executive director, the Chief Financial Officer, the Company Secretary, a Co-Company Secretary of the company, and an authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, has tendered her resignation from the positions of Company Secretary, Co-Company Secretary, and authorized representative.

Her resignation will take effect from June 15, 2026. However, she will continue to serve as an executive director and the Chief Financial Officer of the company.

Following Ms. He's resignation, Mr. Ma Yunpeng has been appointed as the Company Secretary, Co-Company Secretary, and authorized representative, with the appointment also effective from June 15, 2026.

Mr. Tan Jialong will continue to serve as the other Co-Company Secretary.
