The market value of the transferred shares totaled approximately 97.68 million Hong Kong dollars, accounting for 11.10% of the company's issued shares.

A shareholder of the company transferred 200 million shares into Bright Smart Securities, while an equal amount of 200 million shares was moved out of Spring Securities.

Taung Gold International Limited had previously released its annual results for the year ending March 31, 2026. The company reported other income of 1.209 million Hong Kong dollars, a decrease of 52.29% year-on-year. However, the profit attributable to shareholders was 315 million Hong Kong dollars, a turnaround from a loss in the previous year. The earnings per share stood at 17.5 Hong Kong cents.
