Sinofert Holdings Limited (Stock code: 297) announced that its company secretary, Ms. Cheung Kar Mun, Cindy, has resigned and ceased to act as a member of the corporate governance committee, both effective from 24 November 2025. According to the announcement, Ms. Cheung confirmed she has no disagreement with the board of directors, and there are no issues that need to be brought to the attention of shareholders or the Stock Exchange.

Effective on the same date, Ms. Lai Ying Tung was appointed as the new company secretary. Ms. Lai has nearly 10 years of experience in corporate secretarial services, holds a master's degree in Corporate Governance from Hong Kong Metropolitan University, and has been an associate member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute in the United Kingdom since 2021.

The board expressed its gratitude to Ms. Cheung for her contributions and extended a warm welcome to Ms. Lai in her new role. The current board comprises two non-executive directors (one of whom is chairman), three executive directors (including the chief executive officer), and three independent non-executive directors.
