The board encourages all registered shareholders to review the digital documents but confirms that hard-copy reports can be obtained free of charge upon request. Shareholders may choose to receive printed materials in English only, Chinese only, or both languages by completing and returning the designated Request Form to the Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar, Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited, at 2103B, 21/F, 148 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong. A scanned copy of the form can also be emailed to info@gf-holdings.com.

Glory Flame notes that shareholders can revise their preferred method (electronic or printed) and language of receipt at any time. The company stresses the importance of providing a valid email address; without it, shareholders will receive only printed notices and actionable corporate communications until an email address is supplied.
