Bama Tea Buys Back 60,000 H Shares for HKD 1.78 Million, Expands Treasury Holding to 1.20 Million Shares

On 21 September 2026, Bama Tea Co., Ltd. filed a Next Day Disclosure Return with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, reporting an on-market repurchase of 60,000 H shares conducted the same day.

The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 28.94 to HKD 30.42, with a volume-weighted average price of HKD 29.66, bringing total consideration to HKD 1.78 million.

Following the transaction: • Issued shares (excluding treasury stock) declined by 0.07% to 83.72 million. • Treasury shares increased to 1.20 million from 1.14 million. • Total issued share capital remained unchanged at 84.92 million.

Under the repurchase mandate granted on 21 April 2026, Bama Tea is authorised to buy back up to 5.30 million shares. Cumulative repurchases now stand at 1.20 million shares, equivalent to 2.27% of the company’s issued shares at the time the mandate was approved.

Pursuant to HKEX regulations, the company is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or further sales/ transfers of treasury shares until 21 October 2026. The board confirmed that the repurchase complied with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
