Huajin International Holdings Limited has shifted its Hong Kong head office and principal place of business to Room 1808, 18/F, Wang Fai Industrial Building, 29 Luk Hop Street, San Po Kong, effective 31 July 2026.

The relocation does not affect the company’s registered office in the Cayman Islands, nor does it alter existing telephone, facsimile numbers or other corporate contact details.

Board composition at the date of the announcement remains unchanged, led by Chairman Xu Songqing and Chief Executive Officer Chen Chunniu, alongside one non-executive director and three independent non-executive directors.
