EB ENVIRONMENT (00257) has announced that, effective March 21, 2026, Professor Zhang Xiang, JP, will step down from his role as independent non-executive director due to his intention to dedicate more time to other commitments. Concurrently, he will also cease to be a member of the Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Sustainable Development Committee. Following the recommendation of the Nomination Committee, the Board has appointed Mr. Huo Qiwen as an independent non-executive director. Mr. Huo will also serve as a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Sustainable Development Committee.
