Pangaea Connectivity Technology (1473) Announces Appointment of Independent Non-Executive Director

Pangaea Connectivity Technology Limited (1473) announced the appointment of Mr. Fok Wai Shun Wilson as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee, and member of the remuneration committee, effective February 1, 2026. According to the announcement dated January 30, 2026, the board of directors resolved to bring Mr. Fok on board, citing more than 25 years of professional experience in investment banking, accounting and finance, legal, and corporate development.

Mr. Fok, aged 51, holds double bachelor’s degrees in Commerce and Laws from the University of Melbourne. He is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of CPA Australia. His background includes roles at major financial institutions such as Piper Jaffray Asia Limited, CCB International Capital Limited, and Titan Financial Services Limited. He has also served as senior management or advisor in various enterprises, including Kum Shing Group, and has held positions as an independent non-executive director and finance executive at publicly listed entities.

Under his initial two-year term as an independent non-executive director, Mr. Fok will receive an annual director’s fee of HK$240,000, subject to rotation and re-election in accordance with the company’s articles of association. Following this appointment, Pangaea Connectivity Technology Limited confirms compliance with the relevant Listing Rules for board composition and committee requirements. The board expressed warm wishes regarding Mr. Fok’s new role and highlighted his confirmed independence under the applicable regulations.
