LHN Limited (the Company) stated that it entered into a deed on 28 October 2025 with JV Company A, JV Company B, JV Partner B, the seller of the property, and THK. According to the announced information, the deed rescinds the previously granted Option to Purchase due to a court order preventing the seller and THK from disposing of or dealing with the property amid a family dispute.
Following the rescission, the S$1,740,000 payment made on behalf of JV Company B will be fully refunded six months from the deed’s date. All parties involved have agreed to forgo any claims, and the purchase will not proceed further.
