Singapore Telecommunications Limited (Z74) announced on Jun, 23 2026 that its wholly owned subsidiary Singtel Optus Pty Limited, acting through Optus Finance Pty Limited, has priced 200 million Singapore dollars of 10-year fixed-rate notes to be issued on Jun, 30 2026.

The notes, issued under Optus Finance’s 3 billion euro Euro Medium Term Note Programme, carry a 2.84% annual coupon and will mature on Jun, 30 2036. They are guaranteed by Optus and certain of its subsidiaries.

Singtel said the transaction is part of its long-term financing strategy to extend the group’s debt maturity profile. Net proceeds will be swapped into Australian dollars and used to fund Optus’s ordinary course of business.

United Overseas Bank Limited acted as sole lead manager and bookrunner for the issuance.
