Shaanxi Micot Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. (Micot Pharma) has confirmed the full transition to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications in accordance with the amended Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (effective 31 December 2023).

Effective immediately, English and Chinese versions of documents such as annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms will be published exclusively on the company’s website (www.micot.cn) and the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing website (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be dispatched to non-registered shareholders unless a specific request is lodged.

Shareholders preferring hard copies must complete the designated Request Form and submit it to the company’s H-share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, or email 2335-ecom@vistra.com. Each request remains valid until the final day of the company’s next financial year unless revoked or superseded. Renewed written instructions will be required thereafter for continued receipt of printed materials.

The board, chaired by Dr. Wang Bing (also Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director), emphasised the cost efficiency and environmental benefits of moving to digital distribution while maintaining compliance with updated regulatory requirements.
