Starhill Global Real Estate Investment Trust said it will issue 3,868,587 new units on Sep, 24 2026 under its distribution reinvestment plan.

The new units will be allotted at 0.5385 Singapore dollars each to unitholders who elected to reinvest their 1.88-cent per-unit distribution for the period from Jan, 1 2026 to Jun, 30 2026. Unitholders who did not participate will receive their distributions in cash on the same date.

Starhill Global REIT added that the new units will begin trading on the Main Board of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited at 9:00 a.m. on Sep, 24 2026 and will rank pari passu with existing units.

Following the issuance, the trust’s total outstanding units will increase to 2,326,281,887 from 2,322,413,300.
