MAN YUE TECH (00894) shares jumped more than 20%, with the latest gain at 19.7%, reaching HK$1.58, on a turnover of HK$11.0082 million.

The core business of MAN YUE TECH and its subsidiaries involves producing and selling high-tech electronic components, including aluminum electrolytic capacitors, conductive polymer aluminum solid capacitors, and other innovative electronic parts. It owns well-known brands, including SAMXON® and X-CON®.

In June this year, the company's subsidiary, Fuhua De New Energy, introduced a new generation of energy storage LCC lithium-carbon capacitors (batteries).

Analysts suggest that the AI wave is driving capacitors from being "basic electronic industrial components" to "core computing power components," significantly increasing their value. Combined with market expansion from vehicle electrification, the industry is expected to enter a new growth cycle with both higher volumes and prices.
