Agricultural Bank of China (01288) announced that it has received the "Approval of the National Financial Regulatory Administration on the Qualification of Liu Hong as a Director of Agricultural Bank of China" (Jin Fu [2025] No. 763). According to relevant regulations and a board resolution, Mr. Liu Hong's appointments as an Executive Director of the Bank, as well as a member of the Board's Strategic Planning and Sustainable Development Committee and the Rural Finance, Inclusive Finance Development Committee, have taken effect.
