Deep Source Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 990) has announced that ZHONGHUI ANDA CPA Limited will resign as auditor with effect from 12 November 2025. ZHONGHUI ANDA had served since 17 December 2015. No audit work on the consolidated financial statements for the financial year ending 31 December 2025 has been commenced by the outgoing auditor.

The change is attributed to considerations such as future needs, length of tenure, and the proposed audit fee.
