Z.AI Co., Ltd. (formerly Knowledge Atlas Technology Joint Stock Company Limited) has received approval from the Hong Kong Registrar of Companies to change its registered English name to “Z.AI Co., Ltd.”, while retaining its Chinese name 北京智譜華章科技股份有限公司.

The company confirmed that the name alteration, effective from 8 July 2026, will not affect shareholders’ rights, day-to-day operations, or financial position. Existing share certificates bearing the previous name remain valid for all trading, settlement, registration and delivery purposes, and no free exchange of certificates is planned. New share certificates reflecting the new English name will be issued from 17 July 2026.

Correspondingly, the English stock short name on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will change from “KNOWLEDGE ATLAS” to “Z.AI” at 9:00 a.m. on 17 July 2026. The Chinese stock short name “智譜” and the stock code 2513 remain unchanged.

The board of Z.AI Co., Ltd. is chaired by Executive Director Dr. Liu Debing, with a total of nine directors comprising executive, non-executive and independent non-executive members.
