Youlife Group Inc (YOUL.US), a leading provider of lifetime blue-collar talent services in China, announced that it has signed non-binding term sheets with the controlling shareholders of four companies to acquire 100% of their equity stakes. The four target companies are Jiangsu Youlan Network Technology Co., Ltd., Hubei Xieshou Tongcheng Information Technology Co., Ltd., Guangxi Jiade Human Resources Service Co., Ltd., and Lijiang Bona Vocational Skills Training Co., Ltd. These companies possess complementary advantages and regional influence in internet recruitment services, software and artificial intelligence development, human resources services, and vocational skills training respectively.

Youlife Group stated that by integrating the information technology, digital solutions, and platform resources of these companies, the group will be able to create a comprehensive closed-loop ecosystem covering the entire blue-collar industry chain, including online recruitment, human resources services, career consulting, skills training, and educational services.

This proposed acquisition is expected to help Youlife further expand its market share in internet recruitment and regional markets based on its current foundation of nearly 700,000 online registered users, while further consolidating the company's leading position in China's blue-collar talent education and training, recruitment, and human resource solutions sectors.

The completion of the above acquisition transactions remains subject to the results of subsequent due diligence and final negotiations.
