EverChina Int’l Holdings Company Limited (Stock Code: 202) has announced that Executive Director and Co-chief Executive Officer, Mr. Zhou Zhizhu, will step down from both roles effective 2 February 2026. The resignation is attributed to his decision to devote more time to other business commitments.
