KING'S STONE (01943) announced that all conditions under the placement agreement have been fulfilled, and the placement was completed on October 14, 2025. A total of 28.97 million placement shares were allotted and issued to no fewer than 6 placees at a placement price of HK$0.637 per placement share in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, representing approximately 2.81% of the enlarged issued share capital of the company as enlarged by the allotment and issue of the placement shares immediately following completion. To the best of the directors' knowledge, information and belief having made all reasonable enquiries, each of the placees and their ultimate beneficial owners (where applicable) are independent third parties. None of the placees will become a substantial shareholder (as defined in the Listing Rules) immediately following completion.
