Wuling Motors Holdings Limited announced a one-month postponement in the mailing of its shareholder circular related to a series of very substantial acquisitions, major transactions and discloseable transactions involving subscriptions of structured deposit products.

Originally slated for release on or before 25 August 2026, the circular—covering detailed information on the subscriptions undertaken by subsidiaries Wuling Industrial and Liuzhou Zhuotong between 3 July 2025 and 2 March 2026—will now be dispatched on or before 25 September 2026. The extension is required to allow additional time for preparation of the document, which will include: 1) comprehensive terms of the structured-deposit subscriptions; 2) updated financial information for the group; and 3) the notice and agenda of the forthcoming special general meeting (SGM).

The announcement was authorised by the Board of Wuling Motors, chaired by Mr Yuan Zhijun, and released on 24 August 2026 in Hong Kong.
