Beisen trims free-float with HKD 0.63 million share buyback; treasury stock rises to 13.03 million shares

Beisen Holding Limited repurchased 200,000 ordinary shares on 19 August 2026 via on-market transactions at prices ranging from HKD 3.09 to HKD 3.17, for a total consideration of HKD 0.63 million (volume-weighted average: HKD 3.14 per share).

Following the transaction, issued shares excluding treasury stock fell by 0.0276% to 724.75 million, while treasury shares increased to 13.03 million. Total issued capital remains unchanged at 737.78 million shares; treasury stock now represents approximately 1.77% of the total.

The purchase was executed under the repurchase mandate approved on 18 September 2025, which permits buybacks of up to 70.12 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate stand at 17.79 million shares, or 2.54% of the share count on the mandate date, leaving authority to repurchase a further 52.33 million shares.

In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Beisen is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 18 September 2026.
