Gross profit rose 14.1 % to HK$178.98 million, although the gross margin narrowed to 39.4 % from 41.6 % a year earlier, reflecting the initial consolidation of the loss-making Switzerland business and higher doctors’ fees.

Basic and diluted losses per share were HK$0.0425 compared with earnings of HK$0.12.

The balance sheet showed total assets of HK$1.83 billion and equity of HK$1.25 billion. The current ratio strengthened to 3.1x from 2.8x at year-end 2025.
No interim dividend was declared. Post-period, EuroEyes completed the EUR131.35 million (approximately HK$1.09 billion) purchase of FYEO Europe B.V. on 22 July 2026; the deal was financed partly by a EUR75 million acquisition facility, leaving HK$670.70 million of undrawn committed credit lines at 30 June 2026.
Management will focus on integrating the Swiss and Dutch businesses, boosting clinic utilisation, and expanding presbyopia services, while suspending standalone organic guidance until the new acquisitions are fully absorbed.
