Sunkwan Properties Group Limited (Stock Code: 6900) received a letter dated 10 October 2025 from the Stock Exchange, indicating that the Listing Committee decided the company had not fulfilled the required resumption guidance by the 1 October 2025 deadline. As a result, the Listing Committee has resolved to cancel the listing of the company’s shares under Rule 6.01A(1) of the Listing Rules.
