• Beijing Health (Holdings) Limited released its 10th Environmental, Social and Governance Report, covering the period 1 January – 31 December 2025. The reporting scope now includes Wuxi Beikang Hongtai Geriatric Services and Changzhou Qiyue Hongtai Geriatric Service while excluding Shanghai Xiangyong Enterprise Management Consulting. Five private non-profit geriatric homes were newly consolidated for ESG disclosure.
• Workforce under review totalled 452, of which 407 are full-time staff. Employee turnover stood at 24 %, with a 21 % male and 26 % female turnover rate.
• Occupational safety remained intact: zero work-related fatalities and zero lost-day injuries were recorded for the year. Vissam Prosperity holds ISO 45001:2018 certification.
• Environmental metrics show total greenhouse-gas emissions (Scope 1 + Scope 2) of 2,782.71 tCO₂e, equal to 0.07 tCO₂e per square metre of gross floor area. Direct energy use reached 1,841.56 MWh, purchased electricity 4,115.47 MWh and overall energy consumption 5,957.03 MWh (0.15 MWh/m²). Water consumption was 304,361 m³, or 7.59 m³/m². Hazardous waste amounted to 5.16 t, non-hazardous waste 844.37 t.
• Certifications gained during the year include ISO 14001:2015 (environment), ISO 13485:2016 (medical devices QMS) and multiple China Green Product, CEC and China Environmental Labelling accreditations. Vissam Prosperity also secured a Green Supply Chain 5-Star rating.
• ESG governance remains board-led. A dedicated ESG Working Group, supported by external advisor Riskory Consultancy, reports regularly to the board on climate-related risks, which are assessed under NGFS “Current Policies” and “Net Zero 2050” scenarios.
• No legal cases concerning bribery, fraud or money laundering were concluded against the company or employees in 2025. Anti-corruption training covered directors and staff; a whistle-blowing mechanism with 24-hour channels is in force.
• Community engagement centred on ageing care. Highlights include the “Seniors’ Month” outreach in Wuhu, a Chung Yeung Festival donation programme in Hebei’s Laiyuan County and sponsorship of Hong Kong’s carbon-neutral “Chill ESG Concert”.
• Looking ahead, BJ Health targets participation in at least one climate-related activity annually, supports national “Dual-Carbon” goals and has begun purchasing carbon credits via HKEX Core Climate to offset residual emissions.
