VICOM Ltd announced that, effective Jan, 1 2026, Mr Ngan Wan Sing Winston will join the board as an independent non-executive director and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee.

The company also said Professor Shim Phyau Wui, Victor will relinquish his role as chairperson of the Technology Committee (TC) but remain a TC member, with Professor Karina Yew-Hoong Gin succeeding him as TC chairperson.

Following these changes, VICOM’s board will comprise 11 directors, including Chairman Dr Tan Kim Siew and Deputy Chairman Mr Cheng Siak Kian, along with Mr Sim Wing Yew, Professor Karina Yew-Hoong Gin, Mr Ngan Wan Sing Winston, Professor Ooi Beng Chin, Ms June Seah Lee Kiang, Professor Shim Phyau Wui, Victor, Mr Soh Chung Hian, Daniel, Ms Tan Poh Hong and Ms Wong Yoke Woon.

Committee leaderships have been updated as follows: • Audit and Risk Committee – chaired by Mr Soh Chung Hian, Daniel, with Mr Ngan and four other independent directors as members. • Nominating and Remuneration Committee – chaired by Dr Tan Kim Siew. • Sustainability Committee – chaired by Ms Tan Poh Hong. • Technology Committee – now chaired by Professor Karina Yew-Hoong Gin.

The changes form part of VICOM’s ongoing board succession planning, the company said in its filing dated Nov, 13 2025.
