Cryptocurrency-linked exchange-traded funds (ETFs) are trading higher.

At the time of writing, ChinaAMC SOL ETF (03460) is up 4.11%, trading at HK$2.988. Harvest Ethereum ETF (03179) has risen 3.01% to HK$4.172, while Bosera Ethereum ETF (03009) is up 2.91% at HK$1.344.

The positive movement follows an improvement in market risk appetite linked to easing geopolitical tensions. On June 16th, the broader cryptocurrency market saw gains across the board.

Market data shows Bitcoin edged up to $66,319.2, Ethereum rose nearly 3%, and SOL gained over 4%.

A senior U.S. government official stated on the 15th that the United States and Iran have signed a memorandum of understanding electronically, with a formal signing ceremony still scheduled for the 19th.
