China Starch Maintains 5.96 Billion Shares Outstanding in July 2026, Confirms Public Float Compliance

China Starch Holdings Limited filed its monthly return with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the period ended 31 July 2026, reporting a stable capital structure and adherence to listing requirements.

The company’s authorised share capital remained unchanged at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10, representing authorised capital of HKD 1.00 billion.

Issued share capital also held steady. As of 31 July 2026, China Starch had 5.96 billion issued shares outstanding and no treasury shares. The group confirmed that at month-end it continued to meet the Main Board’s minimum public-float threshold of 25%.

No share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding or issued during the month. Likewise, the filing recorded no fresh share repurchases in July.

The return reiterates that 154.00 million shares previously repurchased for cancellation—23.90 million on 20 May 2025 and 130.10 million on 12 May 2026—remain pending formal cancellation as at the end of the reporting period.
