On 15 May 2026, China Resources Mixc Lifestyle Services announced that the English and Chinese versions of its latest corporate communication—comprising the circular dated the same day and the notice of the upcoming annual general meeting—have been published on the company’s website (www.crmixclifestyle.com.cn) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders whose holdings are maintained through the Central Clearing and Settlement System (CCASS) may request free printed copies of the documents. To do so, they must complete and return the request form provided, using the enclosed postage-paid mailing label to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong.

Shareholders opting for printed materials now will receive all future corporate communications in hard copy unless they instruct the registrar otherwise or cease to hold shares.
