Capital Estate Limited filed its monthly return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 3 June 2026, confirming that its issued share capital was unchanged throughout May 2026.

At 31 May 2026, the company had 233.20 million ordinary shares in issue, with no treasury shares held. There were no new share issuances, cancellations, repurchases or conversions during the month, and no outstanding share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments.

The filing further confirmed that the company continued to meet the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent of its issued share capital.
