CAI CORP (00080) has announced the completion of its acquisition of approximately 9.09% of the equity in Forestheaven and around 3.15% of the equity in EXIO from its controlling shareholder, Longling Capital. All conditions precedent under the Share Transfer Agreement I and Share Transfer Agreement II have been satisfied, and the transactions were completed on February 16, 2026.

Following the completion, the company now holds approximately 9.09% of Forestheaven and about 3.15% of EXIO. The target companies, Forestheaven and EXIO, will not become subsidiaries of CAI CORP, and their financial results will not be consolidated into the group's financial statements.
