According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on July 28, a significant change in shareholding occurred for KAFELAKU COFFEE (01869), with a total transfer value of HK$35.385 million, representing 29.87% of the company's issued shares.

The company's shareholder transferred 410 million shares to Metaverse (International) Securities and transferred out 491 million shares from Asstron Capital Management.

On July 24, KAFELAKU COFFEE issued an announcement stating that the company's board had been informed by Mr. Tsui Chi Keung, the Chairman of the Board, Executive Director, and a substantial shareholder, that he and his spouse had sold a total of 409.9 million shares of the company (representing approximately 24.2% of the company's issued share capital) as of the date of the announcement.
