Huishang Bank Corporation Limited has announced a final ordinary cash dividend of RMB 2.5 per 10 shares (equivalent to RMB 0.25 per share) for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. Using the exchange rate of RMB 1: HKD 1.149951, the Hong Kong–dollar payment translates to HKD 0.287488 per share.

Shareholders approved the distribution at the 30 June 2026 annual general meeting. Key dates are as follows: ex-dividend on 6 July 2026; share transfer cutoff at 16:30 on 7 July 2026; book-closure period from 8 to 13 July 2026; record date on 13 July 2026; and payment on 21 August 2026. Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited will handle share registration.

Withholding tax will apply based on shareholder category: • Non-resident individual shareholders: 10% individual income tax. • Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10% enterprise income tax. • Mainland individual investors and mainland securities investment funds holding H-shares via Shanghai-Hong Kong or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect: 20% individual income tax, withheld through China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation.

The declared dividend amounts are stated gross of the applicable withholding taxes.
