Pak Fah Yeow International Limited has declared a special final dividend of HK$0.072 per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, according to a new announcement dated 30 March 2026. Shareholders’ approval is scheduled for 2 June 2026.

The stock will trade ex-dividend on 6 July 2026. The last day to lodge share transfer documents with Tricor Investor Services Limited is 7 July 2026 by 16:30. The register of members will be closed from 8 July to 10 July 2026, with the record date set at 10 July 2026.

Subject to approval, dividend payments are slated for 7 August 2026 and will be settled in Hong Kong dollars at a rate of HK$1 to HK$1. No withholding tax applies to the distribution.

The board currently consists of three executive directors (Mr. Gan Wee Sean, Mr. Gan Fock Wai, Stephen and Mr. Gan Cheng Hooi, Gavin), one non-executive director (Ms. Gan Fook Yin, Anita) and three independent non-executive directors (Mr. Leung Man Chiu, Lawrence; Mr. Dell’Orto Renato; and Mr. Chan Chi Chung, Simon).
