MEILLEUREHEALTH (02327) announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2025. The group recorded revenue of HK$17.453 million, representing a decrease of 41.89% year-on-year. Profit attributable to owners of the company reached HK$15.157 million, an increase of 79.05% year-on-year. Earnings per share stood at HK$0.37 cents.

The after-tax profit for the six months ended June 30, 2025 was approximately HK$15.1 million (six months ended June 30, 2024: HK$8.2 million), representing an increase of approximately HK$6.9 million or about 84.1% compared to the six months ended June 30, 2024.

This increase was primarily attributable to: (i) growth in the group's property-related business income and profit, mainly due to rental income increasing from approximately HK$8.2 million for the six months ended June 30, 2024 to approximately HK$10 million for the six months ended June 30, 2025, and the fair value of investment properties held by the group showing no significant changes, compared to a significant decline of approximately HK$20.4 million in the fair value of investment properties held by the group during the six months ended June 30, 2024; (ii) interest income increasing from approximately HK$8.9 million for the six months ended June 30, 2024 to approximately HK$14.8 million for the six months ended June 30, 2025; and (iii) positive financial impact from foreign exchange gains, which increased from approximately HK$4.4 million for the six months ended June 30, 2024 to approximately HK$5.8 million for the six months ended June 30, 2025.
