CHINA AEROSPACE (00031) announced its interim results for 2025, reporting revenue of approximately HK$2.023 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 10.89%. The company recorded a loss attributable to shareholders of HK$42.337 million, expanding by 48.15% compared to the same period last year, with a loss per share of HK$1.37 cents.

According to the announcement, due to the continued downturn in the property market, fair value changes in investment properties resulted in a loss of HK$255.5 million during the period, an increase of HK$55.067 million compared to the same period in 2024, leading to a further expansion of losses for the current period.
