VSING Limited (the “Company,” together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) has voluntarily announced the completion of opening a trading account with OSL Digital Securities Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of OSL Group Limited (stock code: 0863).

The Company notes that digital assets are increasingly adopted in global business, and integrating virtual assets is considered a significant growth driver for Web3. The Group views the opening of this trading account as a first step toward incorporating Web3-enabled features into the VSING ecosystem through a regulated channel. This measure is intended to create potential synergy with the Group’s digital entertainment business.
