HARMONY AUTO (03836) announced that on September 1, 2025 (after trading hours), the target company (its non-wholly owned subsidiary iCar Group Limited), the company, EGL, and the subscriber (Golden Link Worldwide Limited) entered into a share subscription agreement. The subscriber intends to subscribe to $40 million worth of shares in the target company. In addition to the proposed subscription, the target company may conduct further equity financing by introducing new investors. The company believes that if the potential financing is implemented, it will diversify the shareholder structure of the target company and raise the necessary funds for its expansion plans.
