NEW HIGHER EDU (02001) announced that Yunai Group has signed a cooperation agreement with Zhongyuan Trust. Under the agreement, Yunai Group will pay Zhongyuan Trust a total amount not exceeding RMB430 million. Zhongyuan Trust will provide financial services to Yunai Group, including but not limited to asset management, financial advisory services, and risk management consulting services. The terms of the cooperation agreement were determined through fair negotiations between the Group and Zhongyuan Trust, taking into account recent market conditions. The Board believes that entering into this agreement will enable the Group to access comprehensive and convenient differentiated trust services as well as financial advisory services, which will help optimize capital allocation efficiency and provide long-term financial support for improving the quality of education in the Group's institutions, contributing to the Group's high-quality development.
