Full Truck Alliance (Jiangsu Manyun Software Technology Co., Ltd.) has successfully entered the "2025 China Top 500 Private Enterprises" and "China Top 100 Private Service Enterprises" rankings, placing 158th and 34th respectively. This represents an improvement of 32 and 11 positions compared to last year, securing the top spot among Nanjing's private enterprises.
As a local Nanjing enterprise, Full Truck Alliance began its entrepreneurial journey in 2013 from a cramped small office next to a stairwell in Xinjiekou. After 12 years of growth, it has become one of China's top 500 private enterprises.
"The traditional road freight industry faces obvious pain points of information asymmetry, such as 'trucks not knowing cargo availability and cargo unable to find trucks,' leading to high empty truck rates and persistently high logistics costs," explained Zhang Hui, founder of Full Truck Alliance. The emergence of digital freight platforms has reduced the average cargo matching time for truck drivers from several days to just minutes, resolving issues of scattered transport capacity, supply-demand mismatches, and information opacity in the freight sector, significantly improving logistics efficiency.
Currently, many enterprises nationwide, especially small and medium-sized companies, remain in traditional logistics management stages, where goods must go through multiple circulation transfers before reaching consumers. This layered distribution chain not only increases handling and storage costs but also causes unnecessary losses.
Full Truck Alliance has leveraged model innovation and technological advancement, extensively applying artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and big data technologies to build a digital freight platform that directly connects enterprise cargo owners with truck drivers. This enables rapid order matching and intelligent transportation route planning, helping enterprises control logistics costs while further shortening transportation chains and significantly improving production efficiency.
Simultaneously, Full Truck Alliance provides truck drivers with safer and more convenient cargo-finding channels, becoming an important source of cost reduction and income increase. According to statistics, by reducing freight "three empties" (empty driving, empty positioning, and empty loading), Full Truck Alliance saves each driver between 10,000 to 20,000 yuan annually in operating costs such as fuel and toll fees.

To address freight payment disputes between cargo owners and drivers, Full Truck Alliance has introduced positive incentive mechanisms such as "Cargo Owner Credit Score" and "Driver Behavior Score," along with freight dispute resolution mechanisms. The platform employs comprehensive methods including customer service mediation, people's mediation, and judicial mediation to resolve disputes. In 2024, the platform achieved a 96.5% first-time dispute resolution rate.
