KNT Holdings Limited (01025) has dispatched a circular convening its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 29 September 2026 at 11:00 a.m. in Hong Kong. Key proposals to be tabled include:

1. Director Re-elections • Executive directors Mr. Chong Sik (Chairman & CEO) and Mr. Chong Pun, and independent non-executive directors (INEDs) Mr. Chan Kai Chung and Mr. Chan Kwan Yung will retire by rotation and stand for re-election. • The Nomination Committee has endorsed all four candidates, citing their experience and compliance with independence criteria for the INEDs.

2. Share Repurchase Mandate • The Board seeks authority to repurchase up to 10% of issued shares (excluding any treasury shares), equal to a maximum of 40.44 million shares based on the current issued share capital of 404.37 million shares. • Any repurchases will be financed from internal resources and executed on the Stock Exchange, with attention to maintaining adequate working capital and public float.
