CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (C38U) announced on Apr, 08 2026 that it has signed a novation and supplemental agreement transferring existing electric-vehicle charging station contracts at five Singapore malls from TotalEnergies Charging Services Singapore Pte. Ltd. to SP Mobility Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of Temasek Holdings.

Under the new service agreement, SP Mobility will operate the chargers at Clarke Quay, Plaza Singapura, Raffles City Singapore, Funan and Westgate, paying the malls up to about 0.33 million Singapore dollars in operating fees.

The transaction is classified as an interested person transaction because Temasek is a controlling unitholder of the trust. When aggregated with other dealings with the Temasek Group this financial year, the total reaches roughly 999.00 million Singapore dollars under Rule 905 and 0.33 million Singapore dollars under Rule 906 of the SGX listing rules.

The trust said the terms are on normal commercial footing and not less favourable than the previous arrangement, adding that its audit and risk committee considers the agreement fair and not prejudicial to minority unitholders.
