Top Glove Corporation Bhd (TOPGLOV) reported that substantial shareholder Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) (KWAP) disposed of 454,600 ordinary shares in an open-market transaction on Oct, 09 2026.

Following the sale, KWAP’s direct holding remains at 442,703,250 shares, representing 5.521% of Top Glove’s issued share capital, while its indirect/deemed interest has decreased to 47,633,800 shares, or 0.594%. KWAP’s total interest in the glove maker now stands at 490,337,050 shares.
