On 06 March 2026, VITASOY INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED repurchased a total of 572,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The highest repurchase price reached HKD 7.00 per share, while the lowest was HKD 6.87, for an aggregate consideration of HKD 3.99 million.

Among these repurchases, 428,000 shares were designated as treasury shares, lifting the total treasury shares to 1.54 million at the close of 06 March 2026.
