Jintai Energy Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 2728) has announced that non-executive Director Mr. Chen Yunwei will step down from his position effective 17 October 2025. The Board stated that Mr. Chen resigned in order to focus on other business engagements and confirmed there is no disagreement between Mr. Chen and the Board. The company also noted that there are no additional matters regarding the resignation to be brought to the attention of shareholders or the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The Board expressed gratitude for Mr. Chen’s contributions. As of the announcement date, the company has two executive Directors—Chairman Han Jinfeng and Chief Executive Officer Chen Jinle—one non-executive Director, Vice Chairman Yuan Hongbing, and four independent non-executive Directors, namely Tche Heng Hou Kevin, Mak Tin Sang, Jiang Hao, and Bai Jie.
