According to the offering circular dated 17th October 2025, the Programme allows the issuance of notes to professional investors (as defined in Chapter 37 of the Listing Rules) during a 12-month period after 17th October 2025. An application has been made to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for the listing of the Programme, which is expected to become effective on 20th October 2025.
