HRnetGroup Limited has notified the UK Financial Conduct Authority that its interest in Staffline Group PLC reached 20.09% of total voting rights on Apr, 08 2026, triggering a mandatory Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules filing.

The submission, made on May, 15 2026 and released on May, 18 2026, shows HRnetGroup owns 23,936,833 Staffline shares out of 119,171,315 voting shares in issue.

HRnetGroup said the holding, first acquired as part of its strategy to expand into new human-resources markets, will not have a material financial impact on the group.
