Zhejiang Dayuan Pumps Industry Co.,Ltd. disclosed during a research briefing that the share division and inheritance procedures concerning its former actual controller, Mr. Han Yuanzai, have already been notarized.

The company noted that while the notarization is complete, the transfer registration of the shares has yet to be finalized. All major changes in the related rights and interests have been implemented and publicly disclosed.
