Beijing has issued a notice regarding the "Plan for Deepening the Construction of an International Consumption Center City During the 15th Five-Year Plan Period" (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan").

The "Plan" shows that Beijing is creating new scenarios for digital consumption, accelerating the integration of digital intelligence technology with consumption scenarios, and promoting the integrated application of technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, virtual reality, and ultra-high definition with fields including commerce, education, healthcare, culture, tourism, and sports, in order to create smart business districts and smart stores.

Beijing is expanding digital consumption channels, supporting physical commercial enterprises in digital marketing, and guiding the standardized and healthy development of instant retail, livestreaming e-commerce, and other sectors.
